According to Mark, there are a few things he thinks makes a gentleman particularly charming…

A genuine smile works wonders. People are very receptive to a pleasant, easy-going person.

Keeping your composure is key. Looking stressed or worried won’t work in any situation, so keep your cool like a true gentleman.

Have no ego. Remember, being charming isn’t something you just are – it’s something that you project and which others are happy to be around. A large ego is the least charming way to be whether in the casino, or out of it.
