1. Information and rules on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. These terms may be amended or updated at any time by the Promoter.
2. Entry is open to UK residents only aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Grosvenor Casinos or any other company linked to the prize draw in any way.

4. Only one entry per email address will be entered in to the draw.
5. Grosvenor Casinos accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
6. The prize draw begins at 12:00 noon on 16th December 2016 and ends at 5pm on 16th January 2017 (“Promotional Period”). Only valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be eligible for inclusion in the prize draw.
7. The prize draw will take place within 3 working days of the closing date. Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter via e-mail within 3 days then the prize will be voided and the Promoter has the right to pick another winner from the remaining valid entries.
8. There are 3 prizes available to be won in total, first prize is an LG 40inch 4K TV and entry to a 25/25 tournament, the first runner up prize is an Apple iPad Mini 4 WiFi 128 GB and entry to a 25/25 tournament – the second runner up prize is an Apple TV (3rd Generation) and entry to a 25/25 tournament. There are no cash alternatives to the prize offered. If for any reason the prize is not available, Grosvenor Casinos reserve the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Prizes can only be sent to a UK address.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or to remove from the websites displaying materials from entries any materials in any entries the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, to be unsuitable for publication or not to comply with the terms as set out herein. If any element of an entry breaches these terms, the Promoter has the right to reject the whole entry.
10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury arising as a result of negligence or fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

12. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any dispute arising under or in connection with them or the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
