Grosvenor Sport ambassadors Jamie O’Hara and Jose Enrique give their insight on three of the weekend’s key fixtures, including the Manchester derby between Manchester United and Manchester City, Crystal Palace versus Tottenham, and Liverpool against Nottingham Forest.

Manchester United v Manchester City

Jose Enrique:

Manchester United don’t look good at the moment and even against Copenhagen in the Champions League they were lucky to get that result. The team looks lost at the moment and they seem like a group of individuals.

Manchester City have so much quality and I think they are still favourites to win the Premier League. We saw them struggle without Rodri against Arsenal, but he is back in the side now, so I expect them to be back to their best here.

Compared to Erik ten Hag, Pep Guardiola has so many options to choose from and all of them are top class. I think someone like Phil Foden would love to make an impact in this type of game and I can see City dominating with him at the centre of things.

Score prediction: Manchester United 1 – 3 Manchester City 11.5/1

Anytime goalscorer: Phil Foden 47/20

Jamie O’Hara:

I can’t see any way in which Manchester United get a result from this game and I would advise that United fans watch it from behind the sofa. They’ve been so poor recently in losing to Palace, then scraping past Brentford and Sheffield United. I can’t see them doing anything in this game.

I think Manchester City are going to rock up to Old Trafford and absolutely turn them over. They’ve been the far superior Manchester side for years now and I don’t expect that to change on Sunday.

I think it is going to be an emphatic Manchester City victory. When you look at how weak United are defensively, the likes of Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez are going to have a field day.

Score prediction: Manchester United 1 – 4 Manchester City 20/1

Anytime goalscorer: Erling Haaland & Julian Alvarez 17/5

Crystal Palace v Tottenham

Jamie O’Hara:

Tottenham have been absolutely brilliant this season, but this will still be a tough test for Spurs. If they can go to Crystal Palace and win then it will be one of those results that makes me think they genuinely have a chance of winning the Premier League this season. Spurs also don’t have European football, so if they can continue to roll up to places like Selhurst Park and win, then I think they have a shot.

Spurs missed a few chances against Fulham and this game could still be a tight one as Selhurst Park is not an easy place to go, but I think Tottenham will get the job done once again. James Maddison’s form away from home is immaculate, so I think he’ll have a big part to play.

Score prediction: Crystal Palace 1 – 2 Tottenham 7/1

Anytime goalscorer: James Maddison 31/20

Jose Enrique:

I am loving watching Tottenham at the moment – the way that they are playing is fantastic. You cannot take anything away from the team. Obviously it is a very long season but the way they are playing at the moment is fantastic and James Maddison is definitely up there with the signings of the season.

Crystal Palace have been good defensively this season but they are missing their usual attacking firepower in Eberechi Eze. Michael Olise might be back but I still don’t think that will be enough because Spurs are on a roll.

I think Spurs are going to continue their good form in this one. Heung-min Son is on great form off the back of his goal against Fulham and it wouldn’t be surprising if he was on the scoresheet again.

Score prediction: Crystal Palace 0 – 3 Tottenham 13/1

Anytime goalscorer: Heung-min Son 59/50

Liverpool v Nottingham Forest

Jose Enrique:

Liverpool certainly haven’t been bad this season but I don’t think they look like a team that could win the Premier League. Defensively, the team is too weak, and not having a proper number six is killing the team.

In reality, Nottingham Forest are not one of the stronger sides in the league, and the fact that they failed to beat Luton is not a good look for them. Liverpool still have a lot of quality in the squad and I don’t think Forest will be able to cause them much trouble.

I think Liverpool will win this game fairly easily, especially given that they are playing at home. Mohamed Salah was very impressive again against Everton and it looks like Liverpool will be able to rely on him for goals again this year.

Score prediction: Liverpool 3 – 0 Nottingham Forest 7.5/1

Anytime goalscorer: Mohamed Salah 3/4

Jamie O’Hara:

These games are still big for Liverpool because they are right amongst it at the top end of the table. There is a chance that they could win the Premier League, although they still lack depth in a few positions, with the number six being the key one.

Nottingham Forest shouldn’t cause them too many problems and Liverpool should get the job done. Forest are a decent enough team, but I can’t see them going to Anfield and getting a result.

Liverpool are still a bit shaky defensively, but they have so much firepower up top with the likes of Luis Diaz and Salah that I can’t see them not beating forest.

Score prediction: Liverpool 2 – 1 Nottingham Forest 8/1

Anytime goalscorer: Luis Diaz 27/20
