Live Casino Dealer of the Month | Adrian

We’d like to introduce this month’s dealer of the month, Adrian who we caught up with to find out a little bit more about…

What is your name and how old are you?

My name is Adrian and rather than revealing my age I will just say that I am old!

What are your hobbies outside of work?

I don’t really have any hobbies but I do enjoy my music. I listen to all sorts – anything from orchestral to electronic.

What is your favourite food and why?

I wouldn’t say I have a favourite food as I enjoy several different cuisines and it depends what mood I am in as to what food I go for.

What did you study at college/university?

I studied a few different courses at college and university, including Media, aromatherapy, Swedish massage and reflexology.

If you were not a live dealer, what job would you be doing now?

I feel I would still be working in a land-based casino as either an Inspector or a pit boss.

How long have you been a live dealer for and did you find out about the possibility of becoming a live dealer?

I have been a live dealer for over three years now and I found out about the position from a friend, who asked me if I would be interested.

Have you ever worked in a land-based casino and if so, what was your role?

I have performed several roles in a land-based casino, including as a dealer, inspector, pit boss as well as in surveillance.

What do you think are the three key skills you require to become a good live dealer?

The three main skills I think you need is to stay focused, energised and interesting.

What is your favourite game to deal and why?

It all depends on how I feel on that given day really and who is playing on the table at that time.
