The GUKPT Tour travels to North of the border to Edinburgh for Leg 3 of the 2019 Tour. The leg is always well attended and this year it is going to be different. Will the prizepool exceed the £129,000 of last year?

 

Clyde Leads Day 1a – 00:15

Day 1a of GUKPT Edinburgh 2019 has now finished. It’s been a great days poker with 95 entries over the ten levels of late registration, which is slightly up on last years 90 for Day 1a.

There has been no runaway chip leader today and looking at the 26 who have made it through, it’s very tight at the top with Richard Clyde finishing on top.

Welcome To Edinburgh – 12:00

Good afternoon and welcome to Edinburgh for the third leg of the 2019 GUKPT Tour.

We are North of the border for what is always a well attended leg.

Last year there were 258 entries creating a prizepool of £129,000. Gary Stevens-Smith taking home the lions share of the money, defeating Ian Berry heads up.

The tournament is a £500+£60 buy in with a £100,000 guarantee. For their buy in the players will receive 20,000 chips on a 60 minute clock.

The team will be with you for the next four days of play, bringing you live updates, chip counts, pictures, exits and of course the live stream with all hole cards shown running on a thirty-minute delay.
