Rick Trigg is an established member of Team Grosvenor and a well-known face across the UK Poker scene. Trigg’s live results are particularly standout with a record-equaling 3 GUKPT Main Event titles to his name. His first came in Blackpool 2013, and after nearly eight years he bagged himself two titles in quick succession during Manchester’s event in 2021 and Reading 2022.
Trigg currently sits 6th on the GUKPTs all-time money list with over £500,000 in cashes and £1,415,590 in total live earnings. But It’s not just live where Trigg has had success – his online cashes are even more impressive. Back in 2014, Trigg hit an all-time high ranking of 4th in the world with nearly £7.3 million in online cashes.
When becoming a three-time GUKPT champion, Trigg expressed how good it felt to hold such an accolade and how badly he wanted that third trophy. As an integral part of Team Grosvenor, Trigg dedicated his win to the team which he said is like “a family where everyone is rooting for one another”.
