When Harry met Cornelius… Cheltenham Day 3 Preview

Day Three, bring it on. A fantastic five runners today for Harry Skelton and he’s gone through their chances with the racing legend that is Cornelius Lysaght.

Day Two of the Festival was dominated by the Irish, apt on St Patrick’s Day, but Harry put in some fine efforts with Nube Negra second to Put The Kettle On – as the pair fought off Chacun Pour Soi – and a staying-on third with Elle Est Belle in the last.

On Harry’s busiest day of the Cheltenham he rides Shan Blue and Spiritofthegames, then last year’s Stayers’ Hurdle champion Lisnagar Oscar. Oldgrangewood and Perfect Myth complete the set.

It’s also the day where the runners move on to the New Course at Prestbury Park. How much difference does it make? You’d be amazed. Enjoy!
