1. The Grosvenor Casinos Great Escape competition (the “Competition”) is run by Rank Digital Gaming (Alderney) Limited (Company Number 1480) whose registered office is at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney, Channel Islands, GY9 3TQ (the “Promoter”).
2. The Competition can be entered at https://blog.grosvenorcasinos.com and commences at 12:00 UK Time on 14 September 2020 and ends at 23:59 UK Time on 28 September 2020 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. Entrants must be 18 + and live in the United Kingdom to take part.
4. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is deemed necessary.
5. By participating in this Promotion you agree to a) being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Promotion b) the Promoter making available details of the win and the winner’s name and county of residence and c) your submitted entries being used in our promotional messaging, including social media, blogs and other relevant channels. If you win and do not want your name and county of residence made available, please advise the Promoter.
6. This Promotion is only available on the blog and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the Website
7. To enter the Competition, entrants must complete the competition questions at https://blog.grosvenorcasinos.com/grosvenor-great-escape/ during the Promotional Period.
8. Entries into the Competition are limited to one per person. If an entrant submits more than one entry, only that entrant’s first entry will be accepted.
9. There will be one (1) winner of the Competition. The winner will win one prize as described in paragraph 10 below. The winner of the Competition will be selected at random, by the Promoter’s Content Marketing team, from all valid and correct entries into the Competion.

11. Only the stated prize(s) will be awarded. No alternative prizes will be awarded and prizes are not transferable
12. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Competition, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify an entrant’s identity, age and residency. If an entrant is unable to produce such documents that entrant will automatically be excluded from the Competition and will forfeit any prize that has already been allocated or awarded to them, without compensation.
13. The draw will take place, unless otherwise specified, after midnight on the final day of the Competition
14. The prize winner will be notified by email or phone. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are correct/up to date on their membership account.
15. Employees of (i) any company within The Rank Group Plc group of companies and (ii) any organisation providing goods or services in relation to the Competition and (iii) their respective relatives are not eligible to win any of the stated prizes.
16. The Promoter reserves its right to redraw a prize (and reclaim a prize if it has already been awarded) and award it to another entrant if any winner:
a. cannot be contacted and/ or does not provide the information requested in paragraph 12 above within 7 days of the winners being announced,
b. advises the Promoter that they cannot or do not wish to take a prize; or
c. is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win a prize.
