The Premier League Darts heads to Manchester in what is a massive night with six players fighting it out for four places in the semi-finals at the O2 Arena later this month.
Just five points separate the top six players in the league – the tightest margin in the history of the event.
Rob Cross and Michael van Gerwen are all but assured of a place in the semi-finals, while Peter Wright and Michael Smith require a massive turnaround of fortunes to keep their feint semi-final hopes alive.

Peter Wright v Mensur Suljovic
Peter ‘Snakebite’ Wright has been out-of-sorts for some time now, and only has a slim chance of making it to the 02 for the semi-finals.
Mensur Suljovic has it all to play for though and a win in this second match of the night would pile the pressure on Daryl Gurney, James Wade and Gerwyn Price who play later in the evening.
The Austrian drew 7-7 with Michael Smith last week, and prior to that defeated Gurney 8-5 so comes into tomorrow night’s action in reasonable form.
That is in stark contrast to Wright who has lost his last three and Suljovic is 5/6 to make it four losses on the spin for the 49-year-old.
While I expect Suljovic to win, the bet of value to me looks to be the King of the Oche market, where the Austrian is 5/1 to win the match, pick up the highest checkout and score the most 180s.
Daryl Gurney v Michael van Gerwen
Daryl Gurney has his work cut out to keep up with the chasing pack this week when he takes on league leader Michael van Gerwen.
‘Superchin’ has suffered a mixed bag of results in recent weeks at the Premier League but will be buoyed by an 8-4 win over Peter Wright last time out.
MvG on the other hand is undefeated in his last four matches and as always, is the one to be feared.
I can’t see the Northern Irishman being able to keep up with the Dutchman and I will go for an 8-3 win for Van Gerwen, which can be backed at 6/1.
James Wade v Gerwyn Price
This is the big game of the night, with only leg difference separating the two going into the night.
Wade’s is far superior ahead of the night, coming in at +14 in comparison to Price’s +5, so the Welshman will be keen to win big and reduce the leg difference just in case qualification for the semi-finals comes down to the finest of margins.
Both players drew last week and while Price is undefeated in his last four Premier League matches, I feel when push comes to shove that Wade will just edge out ‘The Iceman’.
I do feel it will be tight though and an 8-6 Wade win can be backed at 17/2.
