It’s gin o’clock! If you’ve got a taste for mother’s ruin, you’ll love this class which welcomes visitors to distill their very own personalised bottle of glorious gin. With expert guidance from the distillery team, novice distillers will design the recipe for their gin before the science bit: weighing out the ingredients, then adding them to the spirit to start the disillation process. As the concoction bubbles away, you can create your bespoke labels – naming your gin and adding a message, before bottling and sealing your 70cc bottle with red wax. A distillery tour and a cheeky G&T are also included.

When: The Gin Lab classes run every weekday afternoon at 2pm, Monday and Wednesday nights at 6.30pm and Saturday afternoon at 4pm. Each class lasts for two hours.

Cost: £125
